The AHCF Needs Your Help
The AHCF is an all-volunteer, non-profit charitable organization. As such, we rely on the help of our members to function. If you have experience in any of the following areas, please contact Lynn Egan or Richard George to volunteer your time and expertise. This page will be updated from time to time as needs change.
Help Wanted
Legal Advice
Are you, a family member, friend or business associate an attorney willing to donate a few hours each month to assist the AHCF? We need someone to inspect our bylaws for possible changes, review documents, assist with state qualifications, and provide general legal advice. If you or someone you know can help, please contact Richard George (888) 557-5757.
Fundraising Grant Writer
An individual is needed to write proposals to receive medical research funding from government agencies, corporations, individuals and charitable organizations. The individual would need to identify potential donees, research their funding requirements and customize a request package. Previous grant writing experience would be helpful but not required. If you or someone you know can help, please contact Lynn Egan (888) 225-3353.
Medical Affairs Liaison Assistant
The AHCF needs a dedicated individual to coordinate our medically related activities. These activities include correspondence with our medical board and other physicians, cataloging medical articles, coordination of research projects with doctors, and addressing issues raised by parents. In order to understand the terminology, a medical background would be useful. If you are interested, please contact Lynn Egan (888) 225-3353.
